Franchisees will be trained in all aspects of the business, with standards and
processes clearly defined. The Lasertech Operations Manual, on loan to
Franchisees for the duration of their trading licence, represents a distillation of our
business practices. Training will be extended to Franchisee staff where relevant, at
additional cost to the Franchisee.

Through the use of the latest digital mapping techniques, Spain is divided
into unique franchise territories of equal potential. The allocations are based upon
business opportunity, demographic data and other key factors.

The Lasertech opportunity is a Job Based Franchise. This means as the Franchisee
you can build your business, keep overheads down and in time, employ and co-ordinate
sales people/drivers and support staff. We have deliberately avoided retail
outlets as the target market does not want to leave their office to buy goods.
As Spain modernises businesses EXPECT FAST FREE DELIVERY. Retail premises also eat into bottom line profits
due to high rent and rates. We expect Franchisees to develop their territory and
become a Management Franchise over time.
