Product Warranties
Lasertech Toner and InkJet Cartridges are specifically designed to work
with your machine. To manufacture Lasertech quality products, we use
new components and parts recovered from our cartridge recycling
programme.
Lasertech Cartridges are warranted to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for the cartridge life (until the toner or ink is
depleted).
The Lasertech warranty does not cover damage resulting from
customer abuse or neglect (eg. dropping the cartridge or leaving a
cartridge unprotected from the environment).
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Brand Warranty
Items
sold by Lasertech and produced by others carry their own warranty.
Lasertech warrants all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products
per manufacturer's warranty to a maximum of 12 months. This excludes expiry dates.
Privacy
By accessing or using this web site operated by Lasertech España a

Personal Information
When you engage in certain activities
on this site, such as ordering products or entering contests, Lasertech

and other Lasertech products and services.

Lasertech to be used to inform you of other products and special offers
from Lasertech, and you indicate this preference when you provide the
information to Lasertech, Lasertech will honour your preference.

The Lasertech
Online Store maintains the highest levels of security possible to
safeguard your credit card and personal information. All store pages
that contain your payment and personal information use Secure Socket

currently available for online transaction, encodes information
transferred between you and the server, rendering it unreadable if
someone intercepts it.
To help us enforce this, the Lasertech Online Store uses the WorldPay
secure ordering system. WorldPay is one of the world's leading
e-commerce companies, providing secure credit card processing services
to some of the world's largest companies, such as John Lewis, Carlton
Television, Halifax Card Services, Virgin and of course Lasertech.

Permission is granted to copy, print and distribute in hard
copy sections of this Site for the purpose of browsing and shopping or
for placing an order at lasertech.es. Any unauthorised use of the
material on this site without the prior permission of lasertech.co.uk
may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. All
trademarks or service marks are the property of their respective
holders.
Pricing
Despite our careful attention to pricing, a product
could be mis-priced inadvertently. If a product's correct price is lower
than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and
deliver the item to you. If the product's correct price is higher than
our quoted price, Lasertech shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to
honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the product in order not to
cause you inconvenience. Prices are in Euros and are subject to I.V.A.
at 16% except for the Canary Isles.
Price Comparison
Lasertech regularly review our competitor's
prices. This is done using a basket of the most popular products on
sale in the EU and is taken from various sources. This excludes
manufacturer incentives or special offers.
Changes
In an effort to provide our customers with the most
current information, price and availability information is subject to
change without notice.
Product Returns
If you wish to return your product, please utilise the RMA system. Complete the online form and submit . Cartridges and products must be returned in original packaging or
equivalent. We will not credit cartridges which are damaged due to
insufficient packaging. All returned cartridges are inspected, tested
and weighed, and credited/replaced. Unless collected, please return
cartridges by RECORDED DELIVERY/COURIER. Non-defective returns are
subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Returning Used Cartridges
Lasertech purchase used Ink and Toner cartridges. Click here
to see a full list of cartridges and their value. Once Lasertech has
received your used cartridges we will issue a credit note, vouchers or
donate the money to charity on your behalf.

Used cartridges with a value of €30.00 or more are collected Free, otherwise there is a €8.00 charge for collection.
